Staff Selection Process

  • Interviewed by Professional Team Members.
  • Minimum qualification should be 10" pass.
  • Must be over the age of 20 years.
  • Must be of minimum height of 5'5" & weight at least 50 kg.
  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts, this includes days, afternoons, midnights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
  • Must be flexible to work anywhere.
  • Must be excellent command of Local languages.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have no Criminal records or any outstanding matters before the courts.
  • Physical Fitness.

On The Job Training

  1. Walking and Working surfaces should be clean, dry and unobstructed.
  2. Passageways and exits should be clear and unobstructed. Waste disposal should be in approved trash receptacles.
  3. Work area floors should be kept free of pallets, parts, equipments extension cords and hoses. Walls and ceilings should be kept free of hangings and temporary wirings.
  4. Motivate, Familiarize & Train Human Resources.
  5. Materials should be stacked in a stable manner.
  6. Storage areas, in and around building areas should be free of refuse and debris.
  7. Storage areas should be placed in a convenient location to encourage their use.
  8. Adequate lighting, both natural and artificial, should be provided to assure good visibility for work activities and to revert dirt, obstructions and poor housekeeping conditions.
  9. Leaks from hoses, pipelines and valves should be repaired immediately.
  10. Racks, shelves and lockers should be maintained for tools, personal protective equipments and personal items.
  11. Lunch facilities, locker rooms and toilet areas should be clean, orderly and sanitary.
